This product is a master - slave communication system specifically developed for our company's servo tensioners.
The upper - level machines (such as winding machine PLCs, touch screens, etc.) can use this product to read the tension values of the tensioners in real - time,
and simultaneously set the parameters of the tensioners online. It also features faster communication speed, better stability, and higher real - time performance.
The "Servo Tensioner Communication Box" has one RS485 and one Ethernet interface for communication with the winding machine PLC or touch screen.
It has four RS485 interfaces and one CAN interface for communication with the tensioners. The RS485 can connect up to 32 servo tensioners simultaneously,
and the CAN can connect up to 64 servo tensioners simultaneously for real - time data exchange. This application lays the foundation for a smart winding factory.
